Your PC has crashed again. You've got a business to
run. You can't afford to spend time curing this problem. In fact, you
can't afford being unproductive while you fix the computer. You call
your service provider, but they can't squeeze you in until next week. Have
you ever faced this problem? Chances are you have. If you haven't,
brace yourself! It's a matter of when, not if.
Castle Palms Networking specializes in setting up custom Service
Level Agreements with your company that guarantees you will have a technician
fix your problem quickly, and with minimal disruption. Not only will we be
able to fix your problem, but we can prevent it in the first place with
workstation lock downs, comprehensive planning and pre-warning of system issues.
We use cutting edge technology that allows us to remotely cure
your server or workstation problems in minutes. Technology that
will even send us e-mail warning of impending problems like hard drive failure,
power supply failure, etc.
With several different response time and coverage plans, we
offer a solution to take the support headache out of your network and computer
system. We also offer complete helpdesk solutions with problem and
resolution tracking, reporting, and response system.
Castle Palms Networking has three basic types of Service Level
Agreements:
Time Block - A Time Block Service Level Agreement allows
you to pre-purchase blocks of technician time at a much lower then standard
rate. You can then have that time used however you want. You pay for
the block of time whether you use it or not. If you use more time then you
pre-allocated, the additional will be billed at an agreed-to rate.
Time Block with Response - In this Agreement, you not
only pre-purchase blocks of time, you also pay a nominal fee to guarantee the
amount of time in which a technician will respond to a certain issue.
Full Service - A Full Service Level Agreement sets a flat
monthly fee for taking care of all issues with no additional charges and with an
agreed upon response time.
By default, all clients with any Service Level Agreement will
have priority over clients without agreements.
